The Coverforce Board of Directors are responsible for appointing the Chief Executive Officer and ensuring the sound management and of the Group.
Board members meet several times per year to discuss high level business decisions and strategy. Each board member is able to draw on a wealth of relevant experience and knowledge to benefit the group.

Jim Angelis
Director
Jim has worked within the Insurance industry for over 30 years. He has extensive experience with complex insurance placements, executive management, investment, M&A, risk management and governance. Jim founded Coverforce in 1994. It is now Australia’s largest privately owned insurance brokerage. Jim holds an Executive MBA from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
Jim is a member of Australian Institute of Company Directors, ANZIIF (Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance) and the National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia.
Ian Neal
Director
Ian has extensive experience as a CEO, executive coach and investor. He has been the chairman of TEC since 2007, providing support to the executive team regarding strategy, acquisitions and governance.
Ian is also an Independent Director of Coverforce since 2006, Director of Prime Media and Chairman of Dyesol and The Executive Connection. Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accountancy and Business Finance.
Jitendra Dutt
Director
Jitendra is a qualified accountant with over 16 years’ accounting and management experience. Before joining Coverforce in 2006, he worked for Chartered Accounting firms including KPMG covering a broad range of clients within public, private and multinational companies.
Jitendra holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountants).
Mark Summerhayes
Director
Mark has over 30 years of private equity and advisory experience. He has been the Managing Director of Pemba Capital Partners since 2006. Prior to that, he was Managing Director at Smedvig Capital, SB Capital Partners and the Manager at Bain & Company.
Mark is also Chairman of Placard, and a Director of Ausreo, Device Technologies, Instant Access, InteriorCo and JobReady. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
George Georgiadis
Director
George joined Pemba in 2010, and has twelve years of experience in private equity, investment banking and middle market advisory. George is a Director of InteriorCo, Heavy Maintenance Group, and an Alternate Director of Placard. His previous worked as an executive for Macquarie Bank and a corporate finance analyst for Deloitte.
George holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) / Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Applied Finance and Investment and a Graduate Diploma if Accounting.
