Once your claim form has been received, you will be allocated a personal claims consultant who will do their best to expedite your claim for you. We will do everything we can to get your claim settled as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that delays are almost always caused by incomplete or incorrect claims forms or waiting for medical information.
