The Media Super Pay Protector Group Income Protection Policy for members

• Based on your previous 12 months earnings, Pay Protector will pay up to 85% of your pay - including shift loadings, overtime and allowances.
• Superannuation Guarantee Contributions: While receiving a Pay Protector benefit, payments will also be made into your account equal to 9% of the benefit you are receiving.
• You will be protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Worldwide.
• Up to 104 weeks benefit period per sickness or injury.
• Pay Protector has a thirty calendar day waiting period.
• Work journeys are covered.
• Pay Protector benefit will continue to be paid if your employment is terminated, subject to acceptable medical certification
• Pay Protector can top-up your workers' compensation payments to 85% of your average earnings.
• Complications arising from pregnancy may be covered. Conditions apply.
