EE Plus protects workers against the loss of each and every one of the above entitlements. In the case of superannuation, the maximum benefit is three months contributions. How EE Plus works:If an Insolvency Practitioner is appointed and you are retrenched, you may not receive the entitlements due to you under your contract of employment. As explained above, EE Plus insures you against the loss of your employee entitlements. The insolvency Practitioner will substantiate the claim on your behalf and your EE Plus claim payment will be made directly to you by the Insolvency Practitioner.
